Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days after the order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please contact us first. In most cases, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations

Non-Returnable Items
